Onboarding and Loyalty Emails

I worked cross-functionally with members of our creative team to design and test a new onboarding flow for codeSpark. The final drip implemented for codeSpark was a result of weeks of testing to help us determine what tactics motivated trial users to convert to paid subscribers. These efforts helped lift our convert-to-pay rate by 6%.

As part of the new onboarding experience, I also implemented a series of event-based emails that triggered whenever a child completed a milestone in the app.

This helped add personalization to our CRM marketing efforts, improving overall engagement and retention.
